Information provided by indigenous-bynature.com, whether it be by phone or email, including any links to or from this site, is regarded as purely for scientific and/or educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a diagnosis or recommendation for specific uses of our products. We do not accept responsibility or liability for the information that is provided herein. All intended use and application of our products are performed solely with the consumers awareness of all possible risks. We assume no responsibility for outcomes, positive or negative.

 

Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. We assume each completed order to be in compliance with this term.

 

Account
We require you fill out the correct information when creating a customer account. This includes your full name, email address, current shipping address and phone number where you can be reached should we have any questions regarding your account. Failure to comply may cause delay or return of your shipment. We assume no responsibility for delivery issues due to incorrect data.

 

Price Information
All prices listed on our website are prices including sales tax (VAT) All buyers need to pay sales tax in the Netherlands. The sales tax on all products is 21% as by Dutch tax law. Sales tax is calculated on the total net checkout amount and needs to be paid over the shipping costs if they apply.

Order Confirmation
You will receive immediate confirmation by email upon ordering and within 24 hours after payment we will process your order.

 

Product Purpose

We make our products available for the sole intention of educating consumers to the ethnographic and botanical value and interest of said products. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption or cosmetic use and we assume no responsibility for individual usage. We maintain stringent standards in identifying and sourcing the highest quality products from the purest sources,however we cannot guarantee the outcomes in regard to consumer usage. Nature based products vary, and we have no control over the eventual outcome. We do not assume any responsibility for results of experimentation and usage.

 

Product Support
Our policy states that we do not expressly indicate, write about, nor talk about particular usage of our products.

 

Shipping Policy

We take the greatest precautions in preparing your order for shipping. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed as to the restrictions of natural, plant-based products in your country. Products that are known to us to be restricted in your country will be disabled from ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are seized, returned or destroyed, due to customs regulations or illegalities. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to be informed and aware of the rules and regulations of the country of destination.

We currently ship from the Netherlands. All our prices exclude shipping fee.

Ordering customers are responsible for entering their correct address. Indigenous by Nature BV. cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or any by the customer requested amendments made by staff of

Return Policy

Refunds will be given as a replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item needs to be returned in its original and unopened condition in order to receive a refund. We will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis,

Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so.

We have a no return policy for Rape.

 

Returned Orders

A fee will apply if, for any reason beyond our control,

a shipment is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped.

 

Delivery Time
In your invoice you will find a customized shipping offer with approximate time estimates. However we cannot guarantee exact dates due to various customs and/or mail service delays that may occur and due to the fact that we ship worldwide.

 

Shipment Tracking
If you have chosen to have your package shipped via registered mail you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the shipping status of your order. Upon arrival a signature will be required. Tracking of your package with the required signature means your securely shipped goods will be delivered to the right person. It is your responsibility to track your package once it has been shipped.
